Not only is it "skinnable", there are numerous extensions and plugins, all of which are free. The best of all, at least for readers of the Marketing Studies group of blogs, are all the RSS/web feed-related extensions, including feed aggregators. One extension, when installed shows a little floating, collapsible box that lists items from the associated feed for a website (if it has one).
